Urban Building Group
For over fifteen years we have remodeled hundreds of Charlotte's finest homes.
Our in-house design/build team includes designers, kitchen and bath designers, interior decorators, and construction professionals. That means the drawings, the selections, the schedule, and the crew all sit in one place.
John R. Morgan founded Urban Building Group in 2004 after a career that started on job sites with his father. Since then the work has been recognized with Contractor of the Year and Excellence in Remodeling awards across a wide variety of categories.

Design/build means we can design and engineer your project in-house, to your specifications, and then carry out the planning and construction with the same coordinated team.
That keeps communication in one place and puts you in control of your project from start to finish. If you would rather bring in your own kitchen designer, interior designer, or architect, we will coordinate with them on your behalf.
